Chili's isn't a go to place for me, but I have stopped here more than any other Chili's visits combined. The staff is competent and friendly. The service can be a little slow, but the food is always well prepared.

They have 2/1 Heineken, but it was so cold inside we had to leave. They don't have heat. Didn't eat, had 2 drinks and left.

Good food and clean. Most waitresses and bartenders speak English however some do not however you can point to the menu. English menus available.

One of my favorites. The food is pretty good and margaritas are very affordable. Staff is friendly and speak English. Love to hang out here before flying out of Monterrey. Yea, I gave a chain restaurant five stars, some good experiences here over the years.
